How do I go about ordering a cake? 

Get in touch by using the on-line booking form. I will then contact you by email to talk cake and to finalise a quote. If you wish to proceed with an order, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Your balance is then due 4 weeks prior to your event. Payment is accepted by bank transfer only. 


How far in advance should I order my cake?

For weddings, 3-6 months is ideal to allow time for planning your design and for a tasting box to be organised. In saying that, I certainly welcome bookings made 12 months in advance. For special occasion cakes, 2-3 months is best to ensure that your date isn’t already booked out. l only take limited bookings to ensure the high quality of every Butter & Fleur cake. 


How much do your cakes cost?

The cost of a cake varies greatly depending on the size and design. Below is a guide with starting prices only. Please get in touch for a more accurate quote based on your design and the number of serves you require.

Delivery starts from $70 for the Sydney Metro area. For locations outside the Sydney Metro, please enquire for a quote. I personally deliver and set up all Butter & Fleur cakes.

Do you offer cake tastings?

Cake tasting boxes are $30 each and are available at select times of the year only, usually mid-year to fit around the busy wedding season schedule. To order one, simply email your request through to the email address at the bottom of the Contact page.


Can I get a gluten free cake?

Yes you can, options are available on request. However all cakes are made in the same kitchen and using the same equipment where gluten, nuts and dairy are present so I cannot guarantee that there aren't traces of these elements in my cakes.
